In Person- Supervisors Forum Mandatory Reporting for Sexual Abuse & Domestic Violence

Presenter's Bio:

Donna is the Legal Director for the Rape Crisis Institute. She provides direct legal support to survivors, to rape crisis centres, and to others responding to sexual violence. She also engages ib research and collaboration to improve the law, access to justice, and developing training and guidance towards improving the experience of every survivor who seeks support and justice. She is an experienced Lawyer with a background in family law and brings to the RCI experience in the sexual violence sphere, both in a professional capacity and as a volunteer.

Event Outline:

Presentation on legal matters in relation to psychotherapy with an emphasis on mandatory reporting, note taking, GDPR etc. Vera will focus more on the therapeutic aspects.
